Henry Schein, the world’s largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, has received the 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies® recognition by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.
Henry Schein has been recognised since 2012 and is one of only two honourees in the Healthcare Products industry. In 2024, 136 honourees were recognised spanning 20 countries and 44 industries.
“Our Company has a long history of holding ourselves accountable to our five key constituencies, who together form our ‘Mosaic of Success’: our supplier partners, customers, Team Schein Members, shareholders, and society at large,” said Stanley M. Bergman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Schein. “Being recognised once again by Ethisphere reinforces Team Schein’s dedication to our stakeholders, our commitment to corporate citizenship, and our mission of ‘doing well by doing good.’ The trust that we have built amongst our constituencies has allowed us to catalyse change in the markets we serve and continue to help make a healthier world.”
Since its founding in 1932, Henry Schein’s approach to corporate citizenship has centred around a higher ambition that the social and environmental wellbeing of the community at large contributes to the success of the Company. This recognition is a driving force behind how Henry Schein adapts and evolves to the changing needs of society.
“Congratulations to Team Schein for being recognised as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® for the 13th consecutive year,” said Erica Salmon Byrne, Ethisphere’s Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair. “It’s impressive to see Henry Schein’s purpose-driven mission reinforced through initiatives promoting sustainable business practices and contributing positively to society. We are pleased to honour Henry Schein for its ongoing commitment to corporate citizenship and to delivering solutions for a healthier tomorrow.”
